Not surprisingly, fruits should be a big part of your gluten-free diet. A number of them, including apples, grapes, and watermelons, are loaded with fiber, while others have a lot of vitamins A and C. Some fruits are even great for B vitamins – bananas, for example, are rich in vitamin B6, while avocados are rich in folate.
