Sitting on the floor, tuck your toes under a sturdy bench. Hold one end of a resistance band in both hands by your ears. Have your partner hold the other end a few feet behind you for tension. Explosively crunch up, then take four counts to come down. Do three sets of 10 to 12 reps on the same day your do agility or position drills.
