Exercise 7: Suitcase Carry
This is the simplest exercise of all. Pick up a heavy dumbbell, hold it by your side, and walk as far as you can with it. Keep your posture up and don't compensate for the load that's on one side of your body. This will help your posture, grip strength, calorie burn, and can even have a positive effect on your spine misalignments and pelvic tilts.
