Made from glass and silicone, the Cold Bruer works similarly to the Yama and the Hario, but is easier to use and clean, thanks to a large handle and dishwasher-safe parts. Carmichael liked the pared-down design but found it deceptively difficult to fine-tune: "The valve controlling water flow is tricky to manipulate, but the end product is perfectly good."
