Count Tebow in with your health teacher and your mom as people who can't nag you enough about the importance of that first meal of the day. "It's so important in just turning on your body," he says. "If you want to gain weight, build muscle, get stronger, it starts with breakfast." As you'd expect from a pro athlete, that doesn't involve Pop-Tarts. "'I'm pretty strict on my diet, what I eat and what I consume," he says. "I usually have breakfast around 5:50 and that'll consist of about six egg whites, fruit, oatmeal." But even the great Tim Tebow has his crutch. "I probably eat more cereal than any other 24-year-old," he admits. "Almost every day I drink close to a gallon of milk, starting when I was about eight years old."
