One of the perils of being a top pro athlete is that you're constantly burning fuel, so it can be hard to keep up nutritionally. "For me, I can't usually get enough food to keep me full and give me enough calories and protein," Tebow says. "So I really rely on shakes and drinks and [antioxidant protein powder] FRS throughout the day." Tebow's smoothie habit also takes the form of a more old-school approach. "For the second half of the year I relied on one drink that my nutritionist made, and it was the most disgusting thing," Tebow says. "I had to put in one pound of spinach and blend it, and I could never just sit there and [finish] it all."
