Stand on a Bosu Ball and descend into a basic squat. Make sure you stay on the balls of your feet to simulate a movement pattern involved in athletic performance (versus traditionally squatting through the heels). Come out of the squat, and repeat until you feel thoroughly activated – not burned out.
