1922 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost Barker & Co. Torpedo
Nicknamed "Ermintrude," this 22-foot long Silver Ghost was originally built for supermarket magnate John Sainsbury. On the dashboard, Sainsbury had ensconced a 1922 penny as a reminder of his exploits and progress in business. It passed through many hands, including those of a Maharaja, Ermintrude, and was driven along the entire length of the 3,500-mile Oregon Trail. It retired to Scotland, and is now available for special chauffeur-driven tours.
