Peacock in Lotus
Again, this sequence requires you to be flexible enough to do lotus.
Start in lotus, then roll forward and place your palms shoulder distance apart. Position your elbows just below your front ribs, and squeeze your upper arms into your sides. Engage your core and gaze forward as you start to lift your knees away from the ground and straighten your hips. Your aim is to have your full body in one straight line, fully balancing only on your hands. Continue practicing for two minutes.
