Toe Slide Handstand Press to Scorpion Walkover
"This actually looks harder then it is," says Gordon."Once you have the technique down, you will be amazed at your own ability." Editor's Note: This looks just as hard as it is. But it is a challenge worth working toward; it builds incredible strength and balance.
Start in plank position, abs engaged. Press down into your palms as you slide your feet toward your hands, lifting your hips. When your feet are near your face, you should be on your toes. Tilt the hips slightly toward the front of your mat, and engage your lats and abs, and press through palms, arms locked, while using your finger tips to gently grip the mat. As you exhale, float your feet off the ground and raise them toward the ceiling until you're in a handstand. From here, you can choose to lower back to plank and repeat the toe slide press-ups, or lower the legs in front of you into a full wheel back-bend (most advanced option) and then float or walk the feet back over into plank in a full wheel walk over. Repeat whichever option you choose three times.
