Soho House West Hollywood

Soho House West Hollywood

Soho House's original incarnation in London was an irreverent response to gentleman's clubs, known for their twin demons of good breeding and bad food. Los Angeles, a city without a dress code, is the ideal place for this nouvelle,co-ed gentleman's club. Serving French-California cuisine by chef Matthew Armistead until 1 a.m., it's known for its dangerously braised veal chops. Perched on the top two floors of a 14-story building on Sunset Boulevard, at the base of the hills of West Hollywood, this outpost of the private members club is defined by its 180-degree views of Los Angeles. It almost gives the illusion of being above the smog. A great escape, and, according to Spacey, "one of the best Soho Houses going."
