Beer Made with Chamomile

Milk and Honey

Blonde Ale With Chamomile

Greenpoint Beer & Ale

Brooklyn, NY

4.9% ABV

This beer accomplishes the unusual balancing act of being both exciting for the senses and a crowd pleaser (read: it appeals to both beer nerds and casuals). Milk and Honey reinvents the light and easy blonde ale with New York–grown barley malt, wildflower honey, lactose (that’s milk sugar), and chamomile flowers, creating an almost-sweet, almost-creamy ale that actually tastes like chamomile tea, yet pairs just as well with pizza as it does with an arugula and goat cheese salad.
