Greenwich Steakhouse in New York City has a Cherry Lane cocktail that is very much a game of chance. Head mixologist Zane Harris said "the idea is to take a sip of the drink, which is made with oloroso sherry; pop one of the rye or rum soaked cherries; and wash it down with another sip. Rinse and repeat. "We make it quite tart on purpose because the drink changes drastically with that candied and booze soaked cherry element. It's a completely different drink depending on which cherry you choose."
