Matcha is full of anti-oxidants, and some studies have shown it can increase memory, burn calories, and help fortify your immune system. Also, it goes nice with gin.

- 2 oz Beefeater 24 Gin
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 oz lemon
- 1/2 oz jasmine pearl matcha syrup*
- 1/2 oz coco mix
Method: Shake, garnish with matcha powder
Jasmine Pearl Matcha Syrup
Method: Infuse 4 oz jasmine pearl tea into 32 oz room temperature water, for at least 8 hours. Strain tea leaves off, compressing them in the chinois, so that almost all water is reclaimed. Add 32 oz white granulated sugar and 2 oz of matcha powder. Dissolve in blender.
