Cannondale Bad Habit Carbon

Cannondale Bad Habit Carbon

Cannondale released its 27.5-inch full-suspension Habit in 2015, a bike with 120mm of rear suspension designed to hit the “sweet spot” between an XC bike and an all-mountain bike. In 2016 it took things up a notch with the introduction of the Bad Habit, a bike that combines the handling of the Habit with the additional grip and float offered by 27.5+ tires. Now the Bad Habit is both lighter and stiffer thanks to Cannondale’s lightweight BallisTec carbon-fiber main frame, SmartForm C1 swingarms, and a carbon linkage. The Bad Habit’s short chainstays and asymmetric drivetrain provide nimble handling and clearance for three-inch tires. And Cannondale’s famous Lefty fork offers precise steering, flex-free handling, and smooth suspension. [From $4,799;]
