Sleep Number 360 Smart Bed

Sleep Number 360 Smart Bed

Despite having existed for decades, there's still something undeniably silly and niche about Sleep Number beds, with their fussy lifting and firming of half the bed at a time and implicit criticism of any human unlucky enough to sleep alone. But the 360 Smart Bed is so silly it might just be amazing. It's a full-fledged robotic bed, able to automatically adjust its angle when it detects snoring and its firmness when you're tossing and turning. You can also schedule it to pre-warm your foot area before you climb into bed. And it can analyze your sleep patterns and quality over time, gathering more data — and suggesting more smart bed changes — than any wearable activity tracker. Sleep Number hasn't announced pricing for this bed, but we're not excited about this model, coming in 2017. We're excited for the possibility that every bed will be this smart, and this gloriously wacky, by 2027. [Price TBD;]
