If you've got tight hamstrings, achey quads, and tense shoulders, welcome to being an active dude. We worked with Yo Yoga! owner and instructor Rebecca Weible to create a custom yoga sequence geared toward athletes. You won't need any fancy props — you can even swing it without a mat — and it only takes 30 minutes. Try the routine three times a week to enhance your flexibility, help with muscle recovery, and get your wife off of your case for totally not getting her yoga obsession (okay, maybe not that one).
