A. Barbell Back Squat: 10 reps

Perform five rounds, resting two minutes between rounds.

B1. Barbell Push Press: 8 reps

B2. Lat Pulldown: 10 reps

Perform five rounds, resting two minutes between rounds.

C. Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch: 10 reps (per arm)

Perform four rounds, resting 90 seconds between rounds.
