Create a Circuit With Your Favorite Exercises

Copeland likes to cycle between about 8–10 exercises, including everything from deadlifts to TRX Mountain Climbers to “Monster Walks” using lateral bands. Given all the time Copeland spends pulling a heavy sled, core work is also clearly a top priority for him. “Three of the exercises are often for abs,” he says. “I like to hit them from all angles — upper, lower, and the sides.”
