Plank Push-Ups

By never actually going into a rest position, these plank push-ups keep your core under tension. At the same time, you're burning your triceps by taking them from your forearms to a flexed, full-arm extension. To do it, start in a far-reaching push-up position, then lower your elbows to the mat, keeping your abs tight and your hands on the floor. Push yourself back up to complete the rep.
