Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squat

Place two dumbbells on the floor in front of the bench and get into position with your back foot on the bench. Try a few bodyweight reps first to check if your front foot is in the right place. Once you feel steady, drop one knee down to the bottom of the squat. Keeping the chest up, grab the bells and stand up out of the bottom of the squat.
