Kettlebell Bulgarian Split Squat
Start with two kettlebells on the floor in front of your bench. From the starting position, drop down and grab your bells. Clean the kettlebells up into a front rack position with your hands at your chest, elbows pointed to the sides, and kettlebells resting on top of the forearms and upper arms. This version will make it tougher to keep your chest up and challenge your core, so focus on keeping a flexed midsection.
