Leg Swings

Because you're probably not a yogi master in your spare time, you're likely to have tight hips, which can stifle a good workout (and your overall ability to move around). Leg swings will get those hips open. Brace yourself against a wall, and spend about 10 seconds swinging each leg left and right, then to and fro.
