Pull-ups are hard as hell, and you're going to do 10 of them per round of today's workout. If you don't have a strict pull-up yet, that's fine. Try the different modifications to build yourself up to one. In the video, we do banded pull-ups, using a resistance band looped around a pull-up bar. But you can also do ring rows, which requires either actual gymnastics-style rings or some sort of suspension system, like the TRX.
