Workout

Today's workout is all about endurance. You'll start with a run or a row, then get into your air squats, sit-ups, push-ups, and pull-ups. Count how many rounds you can do in 20 minutes. Find a good pace — you shouldn't be exhausted before you get to your second round.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

  • row or run 600 meters.
  • 30 air squats.
  • 20 sit-ups.
  • 15 push-ups.
  • 15 pull-ups.
