Pull-ups are sort of a gold standard fitness move. But they take time to get right. So if you don't have a strict pull-up yet, that's fine. Try the different modifications to build yourself up to one. In the video, we do banded pull-ups, using a resistance band looped around a pull-up bar. But you can also do ring rows, which requires either actual gymnastics-style rings or some sort of suspension system, like the TRX.
