Single Leg Hops (Jump Rope)

Building upon our single rotation jump, we’re adding an element of coordination and balance by using a single leg. You might look like a flamingo, but being able to keep your balance on one leg will work your core and give you better stability throughout your day. If you don't have these down yet, go back to doing a regular "single under" from our foundation workout.
