Banded Pull-Aparts

The banded pull-apart is a great way to stimulate the small muscles in our shoulders and upper back, preparing them for today’s workout. This movement also serves to improve your posture by strengthening the upper back and reinforcing proper shoulder position. Grab a resistance band at either end and, starting with your hands close together, pull the ends as far apart as you can, until the band touches your chest. Slowly bring your hands back together, and repeat.
