The Workout

Today our workout is an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) to work your heart, calves, core, shoulders, and just about everything else with those dumbbell snatches. You'll have 10 minutes to do as many rounds as you can of these three moves:

  • 10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch
  • 20 Bicycle Sit-Ups
  • 30 Double Unders
