Inch Worm + Push-Up

Think of this as a stretch and a muscle-building move. The walking portion stretches your calves and hamstrings (you'll need those later), and the push-up at the end will get your biceps, triceps, and shoulders ready to move. Starting with a slight bend in your knees, reach down to the ground and walk your hands away from you, until you're at the top of a push-up position. Do your push-up and then walk your hands back. Stand up at the end.
