Warm-up

Five Minutes of Jump Rope Practice

Three Rounds of:

  • five Inch Worms + a Pushup.
  • 12 Alternating Lunges.
  • :30 second Sampson Stretch.

Workout

Five Rounds for Time (or as many as you can do in 20 minutes):

  • 24 Single Unders.
  • 12 DB Snatches.
  • 12 DB Lunges.
