Today’s major hotel chains are leaning into healthy living, offering cutting-edge classes and fitness partnerships to keep active travelers on the move. The latest comes from Westin hotels, which just rolled out an update to its WestinWORKOUT room: in-room access to a commercial-grade Peloton group cycling bike, along with more than 5,000 live and on-demand cycling classes.
