Standing A's and Standing W's

Once your muscles are free of restrictions, activating and strengthening your shoulder and back muscles can get rid of tech neck for good. Try these:

Standing A's

• Stand tall, feet shoulder width apart with slack in knees, abs tight, arms next to your body with elbows locked, palms forward, and shoulders relaxed.

• Grab a resistance band. Keep your palms forward, squeeze shoulder blades together while bringing arms straight back, and hold for three seconds; repeat.

Standing W's

• Stand tall, feet shoulder width apart with slack in knees, abs tightened, arms bent at the elbows forming a W, thumbs and fingers up.

• Grab a resistance band. while keeping palms forward, squeeze shoulder blades together, bring wrists straight back with elbows pointing toward the ground, and hold for three seconds; repeat.
