Workout 7: 100 burpees for time

  • 100 Burpees for time

Every minute on the minute:

  • 5 Thrusters (135lbs)

This is the simplest workout by design, but it's the mother of all in difficulty. You have an unlimited amount of time to do 100 burpees, but on the dot of every minute, be prepared to pick up the weights and complete five thrusters before getting back to the burpees. The longer it takes you to get the burpees done, the more thrusters you must complete.
