One-Arm Kettlebell High Pull

Think of this as an even more dynamic, one-handed version of your trap bar hang high pull from before. Position yourself over a kettlebell, then drop down to grab the bell handle.Your back should be flat, hips low, and chest up. Explosively pull the bell up to your shoulder and drive your hips forward, squeezing your butt at the top. Keep the bell close to your body, as if the weight is the zipper on your jacket. At the top of the movement, your heels should be off the ground, with the bottom of the bell pointed away from you.
