Trap Bar Hang High Pull

Load up a trap bar (the bar shaped like a hexagon that you step inside) with a challenging weight, but a weight you can still move. Deadlift the bar so you're standing up. Push your hips back, drop the bar to just above the knees, and then explosively push your hips forward, using the momentum to lift the bar up toward your shoulders.
