A “landmine” is any exercise that uses a barbell loaded on one end with the other end propped in a corner. One of the best landmine moves you can do for the abs is the landmine rotation. Start with one end of the bar in a corner. Hoist the bar up to chest level and extend your arms. With your hips facing forward, slowly rotate your torso and lower the bar to your right hip. Under control, return the bar to the starting position, then rotate to the other side.
