Glute Release

  • Place a lacrosse ball under your right glute muscle, searching for the tight area you want to release.
  • Raise your right knee up, planting that foot on the ground.
  • Cross your right leg over the left leg and roll back and forth. Seek out tight areas and roll over those.
  • Roll in 30-second to two-minute intervals, then switch sides.
