Eat more vegetables.

While there have been no solid specific links about prostate-healthy foods, rules for good eating such as increasing intake of vegetables high in antioxidants and limiting animal fat intake are thought to help lower the risk of developing prostate problems later in life. How they help is not understood, but societies like the Japanese that tend to eat less animal fat have a lower incidence of prostate cancer when compared to men in North America, where the diet is often less healthy in general.
