How to Make a Chia-Kale Smoothie (Video)

Ingredients
• 2 cups frozen kale
• 2 cups frozen collards
• 3 scoops chia seeds
• 1/2-cup blueberries
• 1/2-cup non-fat Greek yogurt
• 10 ounces water
• Honey or Stevia, to taste

Combine ingredients in a blender and process until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
