Laird Hamilton's Breakfast Smoothie

Making smoothies isn't an exact science. I use about a scoop of whey (20–30 g) and a tablespoon each of the last four ingredients:

• Mixed berries
• One banana
• Whey protein
• Vanilla almond milk
• Maca powder
• Bee pollen
• Green Miracle Powder
• MSM
