With the economy on ice, airlines and resorts are making ski trips more affordable. Here are the top three.

Crested Butte Mountain Resort will comp every third nonstop flight to Gunnison–Crested Butte Airport on American, United, and Delta from select cities (skicb.com).
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and American Airlines pony up for flights and lift tickets for kids 12 and under when each is accompanied by an adult (jacksonholewy.com).
Vail and Beaver Creek will give free same-day passes to anyone who arrives at Vail-Eagle Airport. Flash a boarding pass and lodging confirmation at the ticket window (vail.com).

Screaming deal to some great areas…friend of mine got from Seattle to Crested Butte for under $300 earlier. Spring skiing there is fantastic!
