Saturday, 10:30 PM: #13 USC at UCLA
USC was always a sleeping giant with championship-level talent, and now they are playing like it. Summarily abused by Alabama in a traumatizing opener, the Trojans spent most of the ensuing month meandering around disoriented, as though in need of a bus ticket but unable to find their wallet. Since then Clay Helton's team has been fairly awesome, winning six straight and knocking off tough Colorado and Pac 12 darlings Washington in convincing fashion. Unlike Wisconsin, they are no threat to make the playoffs, but like the Badgers, they are a team that no one would like to see on their schedule going forward. Archrival UCLA has been a disappointment, having lost star quarterback Josh Rosen to injury and seemingly lost heart after that. Rivalry games are weird, and the Bruins are at home, but look for the white hot Trojans to assert their dominance early.
