Saturday, 12 PM: #2 Ohio State at Michigan State
The Buckeyes have run off back-to-back 62-3 victories over Nebraska and Maryland, which the mathematically inclined will note amounts to an aggregate score of 124-6. That's straight up, 11 on 11 football against pretty legitimate competition — not playing against gymnasts or golf carts or tackling dummies. Since losing to Penn State and struggling in spots against Northwestern, Urban Meyer and crew have looked every bit the part of a championship team, arguably even more impressive then dreaded Alabama. This week they visit a Michigan State team in the sorriest state in recent Spartan history. With Michigan looming a week later, you could imagine the Buckeyes glancing ahead a bit, but it would be a shock if they were in any jeopardy late in the game.
