Saturday, 12 PM: #7 Wisconsin at Purdue
Following a predictable manhandling of Illinois last week, the Badgers now possess a realistic path to the playoffs. Wins over Purdue this week and Minnesota the following one would ensure them a trip to the Big 10 championship game. There they would likely face either Michigan or Penn State, and a win over either would have to draw serious consideration from the CFP committee. I know, it's all very confusing after a certain point. First things first, the Badgers figure to hold a nasty public execution of a 3-7 Purdue team that has lost five straight and couldn't stop a river from running upstream. Wisconsin may not be the most talented of the remaining contenders, but they are probably the toughest — no one's going to want any part of them.
