Spicy and yummy!
I got this along with a few others for my trip to Mt Whitney. This is one of the meals I will be getting again!

Best Freeze-Dried Chicken Meal
We did a taste test of several AlpineAire Foods on our last backpacking trip (my husband is gluten intolerant and this brand has several gluten-free meals). This one was the only one that all four of us on the trip rated 5 stars each. It was absolutely delicious.

Surprizingly tasty
This was my first foray into the world of freeze dried food, and we were pleasantly surprised by the taste. Also we had been skeptical about whether it would be enough for two people after an entire day hiking. It's fine - there's enough food to get two hungry people feeling comfortable if not stuffed. I agree with the comment about it being spicy - but this is a subjective taste thing. If you don't like spice, I would go for something else.

on the spicy side
Good meal for the off day on a long trek, but was to spicy for lunch.
