Okay, but very basic
This year for my annual Grand Canyon hike, I decided to take dehydrated dinners. I tried the Chicken and Rice the first evening and it was okay but did find 3-4 pieces of chicken (very small chicken cubes) that were gristle and since there were only about 50 pieces of chicken that is not a very good ratio. I would not purchase this particular meal again only because there are others that are far better - see Katmandu Curry
