An all-natural, dried egg mix, the Backpacker's Pantry Egg Mix is equivalent to 16 eggs and a great way to start off the day!

• INGREDIENTS: EGG MIX (EGG YOLKS, EGG WHITES).
• ALLERGENS: CONTAINS EGGS, MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS AND TREE NUTS
• Directions for preparing one egg: Combine 3 tablespoons of egg mix with 3 tablespoons of water. Blend well. Cook over low heat in greased skillet
• Directions for preparing entire package: Add 1-1/2 cups (355ml) of water. Blend well. Add another 1-1/2 cups (355ml) of water. Blend well. Cook over low heat in greased skillet

Great with your Potatoes
I used these eggs in a Dutch oven, for my Maine River Drivers Breakfast at the Maine High Adventure Base on Matagamom Lake, while guiding Boy Scout Crews on river trips. Everybody loved it.
