Durable
The Camelbak Vantage 30 is a durable companion. It was a bit awkward with the bladder placement in the middle, designed to get the bladder off the back. The middle compartment spacing seemed a bit snug and took some getting used to. It has been on numerous adventures including doing the Grand Canyon rim to rim in a day adventure. After getting used to the revamp, the new design actually works quite well. I would definitely recommend this to outdoor adventurists needing the fluid volume, design and features this pack offers.

well designed and solid, perhaps too solid
The pack is well made and meets all specs and is quite comfortable to carry, however its heavy. I would like to see some lightweight techniques used as I have a 40L pack (the vantage is 30L) that weighs more than a pound less with the camelback included
