Clif Shot, a permanent part of my training regimen
Whether before or during a race, I turn to Clif Shot to provide that load up necessary to keep me going. I'm especially fond of the mocha with caffeine. Wash it down with some water and good to go.

Other than the great taste, caffeine and the convenience, I don't know what else to say. I always keep packets handy and when I sense that I need a pick up . . . it's there and has served me well.

Good taste, great performance
I like the Clif Shot by Clif Bar because its not just a sugar rush. It provides sustained energy to maximize a workout. When your body is enabled to train harder, it will perform better in competition. The key with this product is follow the instructions. Water is always vital to the workout. The taste is better than most supplements. I perfer the mocha, but there are options.
